Session Topics:

• Prepare users for training that will be covered in session 2 and 3

• Ensure users have system or sandbox access and permissions to complete training

• Ensure users have a real or fictitious local program book for use in training sessions

• Open mic for any questions about the training series

• This series is geared towards CBMs currently using the xChange.io application for tracking IVLP & FFS projects.

• If you are using a custom build application for tracking IVLP & FFS projects in Salesforce, you user experience may vary from the xChange.io application. You are still welcome to attend.
