Session Agenda:

• Using a real or ficticious local program book from an exchange program (IVLP or Fee-for-service), we will enter key project details into Salesforce from beginning to end

• Search for and create a program contact and program participants

• Search for and create local resource organizations and contacts

• Enter meeting, cultural activities, and home hospitality that took place

• Close out the project

• This series is geared towards CBMs currently using the xChange.io application for tracking IVLP & FFS projects.

• If you are using a custom build application for tracking IVLP & FFS projects in Salesforce, you user experience may vary from the xChange.io application. You are still welcome to attend.
